
Valentina Recchia

Valentina Recchia focuses her practice on employment, constitutional, and personal injury litigation. She brings a strong courtroom presence and a results-driven approach, honed through years of prosecutorial experience in both New Jersey and New York.
Before joining the firm, Mrs. Recchia served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, handling domestic violence cases through every stage of the criminal process. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a range of offenses, including misdemeanor sex crimes and DUIs.
Mrs. Recchia earned her J.D. from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Fluent in Italian, she brings an added layer of accessibility to her clients and cases.
