
Nina Swinarsky

Mrs. Swinarsky focuses her practice on employment and commercial litigation, regularly handling matters involving whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, and harassment. In addition to her employment work, Mrs. Swinarsky played a key role in obtaining favorable judgments for victims in a complex Ponzi scheme case. She brings a diverse legal background and a strong commitment to public service, having gained valuable experience during her law school years and beyond.
A graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, Mrs. Swinarsky participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, representing indigent clients in misdemeanor cases, and worked with Operation Stand Down Rhode Island to advocate for veterans in traffic matters. She also interned at the United States Coast Guard’s First District legal office in Boston, MA, handling Military Justice cases, and at the Stockton Center for International Law at the Naval War College in Newport, RI, where she collaborated with a Coast Guard Judge Advocate General on maritime and international law issues.
Before law school, Mrs. Swinarsky earned her bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Berkeley College of New Jersey, where she interned for the Honorable Judge Daniel J. Yablonsky in the Family Division of the Passaic County Courthouse.
Mrs. Swinarsky is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
