Dennis Schmieder brings over 20 years of litigation experience to the table, focusing on employment law, complex commercial disputes, and personal injury claims. He represents public entities—including school boards—as well as private businesses and individuals in cases involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, and constitutional claims related to free speech and due process. His deep knowledge of employment law extends to matters under the ADEA, ADA, and other key statutes.

Dennis is a familiar advocate in both federal and state courts across New Jersey, known for his strategic approach and commitment to achieving results for his clients.

Beyond the courtroom, Dennis has demonstrated a lifelong dedication to public service. He spent three years with Teach for America, teaching high school special education in the Mississippi Delta, and later served two terms on the Springfield Township Board of Education and three terms on the Springfield Township Affordable Housing Board.

Dennis earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2002, carrying forward his passion for advocacy and community impact into every case he handles.
