
Christopher A. Khatami

Christopher A. Khatami focuses his practice on employment litigation, constitutional litigation, and complex commercial disputes, representing public and private clients in federal and state courts throughout New Jersey.
With over ten years of litigation experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts, Mr. Khatami has litigated and advised public entity and private clients on a diverse range of legal matters, including civil rights cases, employment discrimination, breach of contract matters, election law, environmental remediation cases, and federal and state constitutional claims.
As an experienced problem solver and litigator, the hallmark of his practice is to diagnose and formulate effective and efficient litigation strategies.
Mr. Khatami received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University, where he was a Dean’s List student, Arabic Language Fellowship recipient, and Fulbright Scholar nominee. Mr. Khatami clerked for the Honorable Jamie S. Perri, J.S.C. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. Mr. Khatami is a lifelong Monmouth County resident and has been involved in volunteer projects at Lunch Break in Red Bank, New Jersey.
